The autumn term Primary Headteacher meetings will be held this month on the following dates:
WEST Wednesday 4th November

SOUTH Thursday 5th November

NORTH -EAST Wednesday 11th November

MID Thursday 12th November
The Lion Inn, Main Road, Boreham, CM3 3JA
You are likely to want to attend your local meeting, but if the date doesn’t work for you please do attend any of the other meetings. There is no need to book, just turn up and enjoy!
I will share the LA slide pack in advance of the meeting. As you can imagine, there are a lot of updates from the LA, and also an opportunity to hear from and engage with officers from the Education Access Team, and from social care.
We will focus on headteacher wellbeing at the meeting, and have also planned a workshop to give primary heads the chance to share ideas and good practice in relation to inclusion, attendance and/or pupil engagement. Please don’t shy away from this session; it will be a great opportunity to share best practice and also feedback your ideas to the LA.
In the afternoon Jo Barclay will run the termly safeguarding forum meeting – headteachers are very welcome to stay on and attend, and other staff from schools across the area will join the meeting. Alternatively, there is an online option on Tuesday 17th November from 3.30 pm – 5.00 pm.
