The autumn term Primary Headteacher meetings will be held this month on the following dates:
WEST Wednesday 5th November

NORTH -EAST Wednesday 12th November

You are likely to want to attend your local meeting, but if the date doesn’t work for you please do attend any of the other meetings. There is no need to book, just turn up and enjoy!
Peter Stonier, Senior Ofsted HMI, will be at the meeting to present on the new Ofsted framework. During the EPHA slot, Janet Bloomfield, Essex Police, will share what support the police can offer schools in the event of harassment or threatening incidents in schools – it’s going to be an interesting meeting.
In the afternoon Jo Barclay will run the termly safeguarding forum meeting – headteachers are very welcome to stay on and attend, and other staff from schools across the area will join the meeting. Alternatively, there is an online option on Thursday 20th November, from 3.30 pm – 5.00 pm.
