The spring term Area Primary Headteacher meetings will be held in March - see dates and venues below – and, for the first time for two years, all of the meetings will be in-person.
We are doing things slightly differently this term:
The LA Education Team update, usually held at the beginning of the termly headteacher meetings, will be held on Tuesday 1st March from 10.00 am – 12 noon

We hope that you will be able to dial in, but will record the session for those who aren’t able to be there. There is no need to book – just use the Zoom link to join.
The termly EPHA headteacher meetings are in-person, and will feature a keynote speaker at each event. We hope this will give headteachers a chance to get together with their colleagues for an uplifting, relaxed and engaging mini-conference. The meetings will start at 9.15 am (tea and coffee from 8.45) and will finish with lunch. If you want to use the meeting room to meet colleagues in the afternoon, you will be very welcome to do so.

North East EPHA –Colchester United Football Stadium
Wednesday 2nd March 2022 – key note speaker, Professor Mick Waters
South EPHA – Greenwoods Hotel and Spa, Stock
Thursday 3rd March 2022 – key note speaker, Jonathan Bond
West EPHA – Manor Suite, Manor of Groves, Sawbridgeworth
Wednesday 9th March 2022– key note speaker, Professor Mick Waters
Mid EPHA – The Lion Inn, Boreham
Thursday 10th March 2022 – key note speaker, Dame Alison Peacock
You are likely to want to attend your local meeting (and there is no need to book), but if the date doesn’t work for you (or you would like to hear from another presenter) please do let me know, and we will try to accommodate you at an alternative meeting. The spring term newsletter will be circulated at the meetings.
