A View from the Bridge - presentation from Clare Kershaw, Director for Commissioning Education and Lifelong Learning. including updates on the Education and Adoption Bill, the School Led Improvement Partnerships, an Ofsted overview, recruitment and retention, SEN and capital development update.

EPHA is conducting a survey about schools' experience with the Schools Broadband Service - if you haven't had a chance to complete the survey, please find it attached here and return it to Pam Langmead, Professional Officer, at pam@langmead.me.uk by Friday 4 March.

The South and West headteachers benefited from a presentation on Essex Steps, delivered by Joel Shaljean. Joel referred to two model policies - a Restrictive Physical Intervention Policy and a Touch policy, that you may wish to adapt for your school.
North East Headteachers had a presentation from Google Education, and information from Albion.
