Seeking an Executive Director for EPHA - is this your next career move?

The Essex Primary Headteachers' Association is seeking to appoint an Executive Director, following the retirement of the Liaison Officer and the decision to extend the professional support roles in the association. The role of the Executive Director is to represent EPHA and advocate for the interests of primary-phase headteachers in Essex.

We are looking to appoint a serving or recently retired Headteacher, or another suitably qualified person, to commence the role as soon as possible; however, a phased start will be considered. Shortlisted applicants will be asked to provide two references and to take part in an interview process.

Salary negotiable: the Executive Director will be paid a daily rate of between £250 and £350, depending on experience, for a maximum of 200 days a year.
